Estée Lauder Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays).
Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 3PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. A signature may be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.
PLEASE NOTE: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories* are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
Overnight and Second Day Service is not available for orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES
Estee Lauder Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Estee Lauder Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in stores.
- Register your return online or contact client services: Register your return online by connecting to your My account or call our customer support.
- Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
- Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on.
Deliver your package to DHL: Drop your package off at any DHL store or pick-up location.
