We are only able to change shipping addresses for orders that have not been prepared for shipping. If your order has not been processed and the new delivery address is within the same country, please email info@PhilippeTod.com with your Order ID, full name and correct shipping information. If you already received your shipment confirmation email, we are not able to make changes to the shipping address.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, our Customer Care team will contact you for a change of address or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept your return within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
Products purchased from PHILIPPETOD.com can be returned provided they are unused and in the original packaging. Please note the following points:

Please mark the parcel with "return" and include the invoice.
Kindly note that the purchaser is responsible for paying any return shipping charges. We request proof of postage when returning items. PHILIPPE TOD is not liable for any lost return parcels.
If the order was initially paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank details for a prompt refund.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change, add, or remove items within the order. If you prefer to cancel the order and a place a new one with the updated items, please let our Customer Care team know as soon as possible to see if your order is eligible to be canceled. If you have already received a shipment confirmation email, we are not able to make changes to the order.

Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in France, 3 to 7 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.
Refunds are processed the same way as purchases. For foreign customers, returns are the customer's expense. In US, returns are free for customers. In the case of a Chronopost delivery, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
